The Future

Ten years from now, I should be about 24 years old. I should have finished school 2 years ago at the University of Toronto (If I ever get there) with a bachelor's degree. I am not sure what I actually want to be when I grow up, but lets just go with something like a general idea of the type of job I'm looking for, preferably a civil engineer. A civil engineer’s job is to take complex mathematical or scientific concepts and apply them in a practical way. They ensure that buildings, transportation systems, and other important structures are safe and efficient. A civil engineer pays about $40 000 when starting out.

I can probably imagine I'm living In a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment on the outskirts of Toronto. I'm probably not married, but if I am I would probably have about one or two children. I would hopefully get weekends off and go somewhere and hang out with my friends for fun. I would probably be saving money and working towards getting a house. I would probably have a little car (most likely a Honda civic).
